We offer a limited number of gym memberships in our beautiful space. 

In addition, we run small group, PT-led classes that are open to both members and non-members. Upstairs, you’ll find our boutique yoga and Pilates studio, along with treatment rooms offering soft tissue and sports massage, plus a range of holistic therapies.
