MEMBERSHIP FAQs

Can I try the gym before I join?

Absolutely — it’s important you feel confident in both the environment and the experience before committing.

We offer a free postural assessment, along with a complimentary 30-minute personal training session so you can get a real feel for how we work. You’re also welcome to try a small group class at no cost.

For ongoing members, we provide regular programme review meetings to ensure you’re progressing and getting the most from your training.

We keep our membership numbers intentionally limited, so you’ll always have space, support, and a high-quality experience.

If you’d like to book your free session, just let us know — we’d love to welcome you in.

Can I cancel if my circumstances change?

Yes — while memberships are based on a 12-month agreement, we understand that life can change. We simply require one month’s notice to cancel your membership.

Will I get support using the equipment and planning my training?
 

Absolutely. Every member has access to a complimentary 1-to-1 session, where we’ll discuss your goals and guide you through the most effective exercises for you.

You’ll also have access to a weekly Member Support Session, where we can review and progress your programme as needed — all included in your membership.


 

How does Small Group Training work?
 

As a Plus or Premium member, you’ll receive 8 or 16 Small Group Training sessions per month, depending on your membership level.

- Sessions can be booked easily via the app
- Each booking is deducted from your monthly allocation
- Your sessions refresh each month
- Unused sessions do not roll over

These sessions are coach-led, small group environments, ensuring you receive guidance, structure, and accountability.

Will I be able to get on equipment during busy times?

Yes — we operate with a limited membership model to maintain a high-quality training environment.
This means you’ll always have access to equipment, even when PT sessions or classes are running, without the space feeling busy or compromised.


 

How do I access the gym?
 

You’ll be provided with your own personal access code, giving you secure and convenient entry to the facility.

Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 9:00pm
- Weekends: 8:00am – 4:00pm


 

Do you offer any additional services?
 

Yes — members have the option to enhance their experience with additional services, including:

- 1-to-1 Personal Training for more focused support
- Massage & recovery treatments to aid performance and reduce tension
- Additional Small Group Training sessions beyond your monthly allocation

-Plus and Premium members benefit from a 10% discounted price on these services.

These services can be booked as needed and are designed to help you get the most out of your training and recovery.
