With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Joanne is a dedicated mind-body specialist passionate about helping people achieve balance, strength and wellbeing. Specialising in yoga, meditation, barre and Pilates, she takes a holistic approach that supports both physical and mental health.
Joanne creates welcoming, inclusive environments where people of all abilities can build confidence, reduce stress and develop lasting healthy habits. Combining extensive experience with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she helps clients move better, feel stronger and enhance their overall wellbeing.
