We’re Hiring: 2 Self-Employed Personal Trainers (Rent-Based)

Restoractive | Boutique Gym, North Finchley

Restoractive is a calm, boutique gym and recovery-led training space in North Finchley, built around our ethos: train with your body, not against it.

We’re looking for 2 self-employed Personal Trainers who want to grow their own PT business within a supportive, high-quality gym environment. This is a rent-based opportunity for trainers who are confident running their own business and value quality coaching over high-volume gym culture.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Are a qualified & insured Personal Trainer (self-employed)
Have your own client base or are motivated to grow one
Care deeply about good technique, safe training, and client wellbeing
Enjoy working with beginners, returners to exercise, and small groups
Are friendly, professional, and aligned with a calm, boutique gym environment

Experience with rehab-focused training, posture, or recovery-led approaches is a bonus.

What You’ll Do

Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions
Option to coach small group training sessions
Option to support gym inductions and beginner programmes
Contribute to a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for members
